# How to add/remove liquidity

"Liquidity" is at the heart of how the Indoswap exchange works. You can add liquidity to each pair of tokens by staking both through the Liquidity page. In return for added liquidity, you will receive a trading fee for the pair, and receive LP Tokens which you can bet on the Farm for rewards!

## Add liquidity

To provide liquidity, you have to do any number of token pairs you like. Your lowest value (in USD) of the two tokens will be the limit of liquidity you can provide. In this example, we will add liquidity using BNB and IDS.

1. Visit the Liquidity page.
2. Click the Add Liquidity button.
3. For top Input, click 'Select currency'. Then select one of the tokens in the liquidity pair to which you want to add liquidity. Here, we will use BNB as an example.
4. For bottom input, click on 'Select currency'. And select another token in the liquidity pair that you want to add liquidity to. Here, we will use IDS as an example.
5. Enter the amount on one of the tokens under “Input”. The others should be calculated and filled in automatically. (If one of the tokens does not have enough balance. You will see an error and a gray button. Please enter a lower amount to continue.)
6. Click the Activate IDS button. If you add liquidity to tokens other than BNB, you may need to double-click activate for each token in your pair. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.
7. The Supply button will then light up. Click to continue.
8. Your wallet will ask for confirmation. Confirm your transaction from your wallet.
9. Immediately after that, you will see your LP Token balance at the bottom of the page. You can repeat the steps above to add more liquidity, or add liquidity to a different pair.

## Remove liquidity

To eliminate liquidity.

1. Visit the Liquidity page.
2. Click on the pair you want to clear liquidity from under "Your Liquidity".
3. Click Delete. A new modal will appear.
4. Use the buttons or sliders to select how much liquidity you want to clear. Choose MAX to remove all your liquidity from this pair.
5. Click Activate. Your wallet will ask you to sign the action.
6. The Delete button will light up. Click to continue.
7. A window will appear indicating how many tokens you will receive. Click Confirm. Your wallet will ask you to confirm the action.
8. After the transaction is confirmed. You will receive two tokens from your partner. And if you have not cleared all your liquidity, the value of your remaining liquidity will be updated on the "My Liquidity" page.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://fundexdoc.gitbook.io/indoswap.net/tentang-indoswap/swap-token/how-to-add-remove-liquidity.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
